Germany's Maria Riesch won the World Cup Alpine skiing. For the weather was in fact annulled the giant scheduled today in Lenzerheide, the last race of the season. The German was leading the overall standings with just three points ahead of American Lindsey Vonn, and has thus won his first World Cup.
